Job Description:
Assistant Manager will work with existing Manager and staff to ensure plant health of indoor hydroponic cannabis cultivation facility, including water/nutrient maintenance, pest and disease control, as well as assisting with related administrative tasks, and supervision of other laborers. Employee will initially begin on an hourly basis ($25/hr), with scheduled periodic reviews for advancement to full time, salary, and Manager position, including management with affiliated manufacturing/distribution/delivery businesses.
Prior experience in cannabis cultivation, agriculture, or industrial manufacturing highly encouraged.
