Summary of duties:

<li>Company Vehicles: Coordinates company vehicle maintenance and arranges for company car assignments and scheduling. Develops company car usage guidelines and protocols.</li>
<li>Grounds: Coordinates and performs grounds maintenance including snow removal, salting, parking lot and landscape maintenance.</li>

Assistant Facilities Manager

The San Luis Obispo County Department of Planning and Building is conducting an open recruitment for the position of Deputy Director. The individual selected for this position will be a key member of Planning and Building's leadership team and play an instrumental role in the overall strategic direction of the Department's Building Division. 
The individual selected for this role will report directly to the Planning and Building Director and have responsibility for all aspects of the Building Division and serve as the County's Chief Building Officer. They will carry a high level of responsibility and visibility as the County's Chief Building Official administering final authority in code interpretation matters, and acting as a County representative at County and Accessibility Appeals Boards, various organizations, boards, and commissions. 
As Deputy Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the overall activities and operations of the Building Division, as well as directly supervising the (1) Administrative Services Manager and (2) Division Managers who oversee the Finance and Technology, Code Enforcement, and Building functions. Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for an energetic professional to manage the procurement of retail cannabis products from grower/processors for several dispensaries stores. The position will also be responsible for managing inventory and maintaining good relationships with the store managers and vendors.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of data such as add new, delete inactive or change items with regard but not limited to source, product description, lead-time, re-order points, re-order quantities, and safety stock levels.</li>
<li>Provide monthly management reports which includes turn rates, slow movers no movers and quality reporting metrics as defined by the CFO.</li>
<li>Be the process owner of the procurement process ensuring the entire system works as intended. Engage in problem solving activities related to the Green Bits and BioTrack as they arise.</li>
<li>Processing POs and ordering product. For this task the position will be required to review inventory locations, determine if reorder points have been hit, scan bar codes with automated data collection tools, and process POs using WSLCB trackability system.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping using current technology;</li>
<li>Analyze budgets, and compare to actual costs; report on variances and request approvals.</li>
