Therapeutic's Dispatch team members are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly experience over the phone. VRX Labs is looking for direct sales / customer service representatives who will be comfortable with travel and making cold calls and contacting business owners and decision makers in the cannabis industry. The representative(s) we choose must learn about the various testing systems used by VRX Labs to conduct the tests required by the state of California, as well as the optional consulting services VRX Labs offers its customers.
The position requires extensive daily driving to various customer facilities, meeting with decision-makers (along with VRX Labs personnel), discussing pricing, volume, and turn around strategies, and maintaining constant oversight on the customer’s orders once they are at the lab.
Our CSR must also attend various industries functions, introduce the Lab to prospective customers, and constantly direct prospective customers to VRX Labs’ service platform and unique consultation services.
Our CSRs must be energetic, fit, maintain a presentable image, and become fully versed in the technical testing procedures and protocols of VRX Labs.
