JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cresco Labs seeks to fill a Patient Outreach Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will have experience preferably in the healthcare marketing and outreach industry. This individual must be a self-starter, goal oriented and able to show compassion to all of our patients. The role will be based in our Chicago office but will involve a lot of travelling throughout Illinois.
CORE JOB DUTIES:
- Lead/drive new patient seminars
- New patient outreach
- Patient application assistance
- Physician education
- Referral follow up
- Strategic marketing campaigns
- Inspire patient confidence and create patient loyalty
- Develop knowledge of various strains and their effect on debilitating medical conditions
- Accountable for monthly goal
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Compassionate and strong work ethic
- Exceptional patient service skills; experience in health care related field a plus
- Desire to learn about products to assist patients
- Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations, including weekends
