JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cresco Labs seeks to fill a Patient Outreach Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will have experience preferably in the healthcare marketing and outreach industry. This individual must be a self-starter, goal oriented and able to show compassion to all of our patients. The role will be based in our Chicago office but will involve a lot of travelling throughout Illinois.

CORE JOB DUTIES:

  • Lead/drive new patient seminars
  • New patient outreach
  • Patient application assistance
  • Physician education
  • Referral follow up
  • Strategic marketing campaigns
  • Inspire patient confidence and create patient loyalty
  • Develop knowledge of various strains and their effect on debilitating medical conditions
  • Accountable for monthly goal

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Compassionate and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional patient service skills; experience in health care related field a plus
  • Desire to learn about products to assist patients
  • Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
  • Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations, including weekends

ADDITONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

  • No criminal history
  • Reliable transportation
