Grow Office Administrator

Summary:

--Prepare and transfer product from facility to RMS.

--METRC and other data entry.

--Coordinate and maintain schedule with facility Director.

--Maintain facility inventory system, ordering materials as needed based on set par levels.

--Create and maintain plant tag move logs.

--Record and reconcile daily waste logs.

--Collect and record daily trim crew weights.

--Sort and weigh flower and trim, keeping accurate logs of weights.

--Quality control of sorted flower before transfer to stores.

--Oversight of facility cleaning and maintenance schedule.

--Organize and maintain facility file system.

--Assist facility Director in daily tasks and errands.

Competencies:

--Accuracy with data

--Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and PC skills.

--Current knowledge of cannabis industry laws

--Data logging

--Experience with METRC

--Experience with Complia

--Timely and reliable

--Follows instructions

--Flexible schedule, available to work nights and weekends as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a greenhouse environment. Conditions are often humid, hot, and bright. Standard gardening equipment is often used in this job.

Physical Demands

This is an active position requiring regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day. The position requires talking and hearing as well as visual acuity. Employees must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Expected Hours of Work

Days and hours of work may vary by scheduling or seasonal needs. Evening and weekend work is required.

Additional Requirements

Reliable vehicle and valid insurance.

Must be 21 or older

Must have a current MED Support Badge

Must be eligible to work in the United States
