Security Guard for cannabis shop

We are expanding our operations and are looking for hard working, passionate Production Assistants to work in our cannabis production facility where infused candy and chocolates are created. We want you to be proud of the team you work for and bring with you a high degree of attention to detail and dedication to team work.
In the Production Assistant role, some of your essential functions will include:
1. Ensuring chocolate is properly tempered for pouring, pouring chocolate into molds by hand, passing molds to table to shake, and moving molds to cooking rooms to set.
2. Monitoring temperature and humidity levels within the cold room and adjusting as necessary.
3. Upholding quality standards of products. Ensuring quality by taste testing and smelling samples.
4. Assisting with maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Making sure the equipment is properly calibrated working correctly.
5. Ensuring the production department is clean and sanitary every day. Equipment and tools are cleaned and sanitized. Floors are cleaned, scraped and mopped daily. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at the start and end of each day.
What we are expecting you to bring to the position:
1. Experience working with chocolate in a commercial capacity
2. Cannabis production experience is a plus
3. High school diploma or equivalent
4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
5. Ability to read and comprehend recipes and basic instructions, safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.

Production Assistant

Territory Manager will oversee a specific territory for Leiffa and acts as a liaison between the company headquarters and the company’s presence in their respective territory. This is assigned by the Sales Director and can change over time depending on the increase or decrease of new centers.
The Territory Manager’s primary job is to increase sales volume within their assigned region and is also responsible for developing new business opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met satisfactorily, and ensuring that the company’s presence in their assigned area is meeting the company’s standards and expectations. Customer service will play in integral role, so regular visits to existing clients are required. Sampling of new clients will be consistent in the beginning until a solid clientele base is established and then it will be on a case by case basis, depending on product availability.
The Territory Manager also keeps the company’s headquarters updated on their assigned area through reports. These are obtained by capturing all communication and sales of each lead through Leaflink.
All sales directives will be assigned and discussed on a weekly basis with the Sales Director. Any new leads with potential sales that are requesting different pricing can only be approved by the Sales Director.

Cannabis Mountain Territory Manager

Overview: 
Ms. Mary Staffing is currently seeking applicants with strong-to-excellent knowledge of cannabis products and dispensary operations. We have several open positions for Dispensary Managers available throughout the state of New Mexico.
 Job Summary: 
The Dispensary Manager ensures that all transactions and the implementation of other retail processes comply with state and local laws and regulations and that service exceeds customer expectations. The Dispensary Manager collaborates to develop and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. The Dispensary Manager reports to the Executive Management Team.
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
Ensures accuracy and compliance in all transactions;
 
Performs the required duties to record all sales and inventory transactions in accordance with state and local laws and regulations;
 
Maintains established standards of presentation, customer service, and compliance;
 
Coordinates with the Executive Management Team to ensure all employees have accurate, up-to-date knowledge and materials related to their position;
 
Communicates the details of daily operations to the Executive Management Team;
 
Implements and oversees procedures related to opening and closing of the retail store;

 Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: 
The Dispensary Manager regularly works evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our retail setting;
 
Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds;
 
Spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen.
