Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This person will help improve the company market position through increased sales and territory growth by greeting clients, assisting sales generation, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospects and existing customers. Additionally, this person will ensure the Company's ERP software is updated to reflect all activities associated with the sales and order process for all assigned territories. This role works very closely with the Marketing, Operations and Logistics teams in identifying attractive new opportunities, increasing product penetration, and forecasting product inventory needs.

Job Summary

Admin/Purchaser

The Kitchen Assistant / Packager will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Supervisor in the making of baked goods, drinks, candies and other cannabis-derived products. In addition, the Kitchen Assistant will also be responsible for helping with the packaging of these products and other cannabis-derived products.
The position requires attention to detail, following directions, general computer skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Maturity, a strong work ethic, and accountability will be required to be successful at this position. You will NOT need to have knowledge of dosing or making cannabis edibles. GTM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cultivation Supervisor.
Description: 
Cultivation Supervisor provides direct support to the Cultivation Manager in all aspects of cultivation processes. Assists in management of climate and irrigation control systems by inspecting on a regular basis, making adjustments as directed, and responding to emergency alarms to ensure integrity of growing conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Control production outputs via computer monitoring systems.</li>
<li>Coordinate with IPDM department on treatment applications and ensure re-entry times to grow rooms.</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment and supplies are accounted for and properly maintained.</li>
<li>Prepare and review production reports.</li>
<li>Ensure personal hygiene practices are implemented in all cultivation areas.</li>
<li>Ensure assigned facility is organized and clean at all times.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain cultivation area climates as specified by Cultivation Manager.</li>
<li>Supervise harvesting operation as necessary/required.</li>
<li>Ensure that quality of work/product meet defined specifications.</li>
<li>Support the Integrated Pest and Disease Management programs.</li>
<li>Support and monitor the Irrigation Team.</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy of required tracking and control documents and reports.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on all elements of the product growth cycle</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS: 
<ul>
<li>Experience in the cultivation of cannabis in an indoor environment.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.</li>
<li>Takes pride in ownership.</li>
<li>Leadership skills.</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in job related field.</li>
<li>Available to work extended hours, holidays and weekends including a rotating duty schedule as required.</li>
<li>Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds at least waist high frequently.</li>
<li>Capable of working off the ground at heights.</li>
<li>Capable of working in extreme temperature variances and/or high levels of humidity.</li>
<li>Capable of properly handling various chemicals and fertilizers.</li>
<li>Capable of Standing/Walking for prolonged periods of time.</li>
<li>Capable of working directly with cannabis plants and its byproducts.</li>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job.</li>
