Account Manager

Contempo Specialty Packaging, a packaging company that creates beautiful packaging for the cannabis industry, is seeking an Account Manager for their Providence, RI office. The Account Manager works with cannabis dispensaries and brands, and helps them get beautiful packaging for all their products. The Account Manager should understand the fundamentals of giving exceptional customer service, and should have strong sales skills. While there will be no cold calling, the Account Manager needs to be able to turn an inquiry into an order, and a happy customer!

Responsibilities

• Work with cannabis dispensaries and brands to understand their needs
• Clearly explain Contempo’s track record of success in the fashion industry with new clients
• Process new customer inquiries with the Product Development department
• Ensure all customer deadlines are met
• Organize all details of customer projects to make sure everything gets done accurately
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, with extremely fast responses to customers
• Follow Contempo’s 12 Core Values
