Job Description
As the Store Manager you will be the chief person responsible for one of Kaya’s retail locations. You’ll take responsibility for the store as if it was your own: assuring that it’s staffed and stocked appropriately, the it adheres to Company policies and operates in compliance with all state and local laws, and that it provides an excellent experience for its staff and customers and assure that the store is running smoothly at all times. The Store Manager is responsible for all operations of the store, store inventory, opening and closing, staff scheduling, and overseeing all staff members throughout the week and day.
Provide expert advice to customers in all areas of the store. Proactively build and maintain customer relationships. Motivate and lead staff and maintain a positive work environment.
Duties Include

Position Summary
The senior counselor performs full range of counseling and clinical duties including but not limited to assessment, education and treatment of patients experiencing substance abuse addiction and/or related behavioral health disorders to an assigned caseload. In addition, clinic supervisory and administrative duties as assigned by the clinic supervisor.
Essential Functions

Pauley Construction is looking for an experienced Telecommunications Outside Plant Field Supervisor in the Centennial, Colorado area to supervise our subcontractors. Experience working as a supervisor or lead over various construction crews is preferred. Must have extensive knowledge with scheduling crews, handling field issues and reporting to customers. Position Description:

The position of a Supervisor within the structure of Pauley Construction is to manage three to four crews consisting of crew leaders or foremen. The type of work would generally consist of repetitive and redundant work assignments that would exist in a Superintendent’s structure. This position must also be able to communicate with external customers including city inspectors and personnel. This position will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction meetings and keeping safety and production records along with doing as-builds. This position will also need to be able to address issues as they arise in the field.

Functionary Role:

The main objective of a Supervisor is to directly manage each crew and type of work assigned. The three main focus areas are safety, quality and meeting or exceeding production requirements as established by the Superintendent and Area Manager.

Financial Responsibilities:

Grower Accountant

Enterprise Product Marketing &amp; Sales Content Manager
MJ Freeway is growing quickly in a fast paced, nascent industry, and we’re looking for an Enterprise Product and Marketing &amp; Sales Content Manager our team. This fulltime position will report directly to the VP of Global Marketing &amp; Communications. Responsibilities: 
Product positioning (10%)
<ul>
<li>Working in collaboration with the product team and the Marketing Vice President the PMM is responsible for defining the compelling, customer value-based vision and voice for MJ Freeway’s products overall and for the primary (non-territory specific) customer segment. The PMM will work with the product team to bring creativity to this process - challenging thinking for the industry, the customer, the competition, and ensuring the product voice always delivers on customer needs and desires.</li>
<li>The PMM drives a valuable, leading-edge product voice strategy and supporting content plan for our audiences, committed to ensuring that MJ Freeway is a cannabis thought leader not a follower.</li>
<li>In collaboration with these teams, the PMM produces primary customer profile (enterprise) and product positioning statements for software and consulting products by primary customer</li>

Strategic Content Planning (20%)
<ul>
<li>The PMM develops a long-range strategic marketing and sales content plan that solidifies and expands MJ Freeway’s position as cannabis business thought leader. The PMM builds this plan with the goal of driving brand recognition, increase in brand perception scores, and lead increases.</li>
<li>The PMM is also responsible for building and executing the short-range content plan. This plan takes into account the long-range content plan and goals, as well as meeting channel content goals as defined by the channel lead.</li>
<li>The PMM is accountable to helping the Channel Lead meet channel post frequency goals.</li>
<li>The PMM measures content plan effectiveness and adjusts accordingly based on defined measurement and goals. Adjustments would include changes in content type, subject matter, frequency, and content channel.</li>

PMM creates content for MJ freeway audiences, including existing customers, potential customers, government officials, and cannabis business enthusiasts. The PMM develops content with input from product team and with our creative agencies. Content includes:

Has general experiences in protecting federal property from hazards such as sabotage, espionage, trespass, theft, fire, and accident or willful damage and destruction. Experiences in securing crime and incident scenes; apprehending and detaining suspects; searches persons and property; and collects, seizes, and preserves evidence. Experienced in conducting interviews of witnesses and suspects and obtains statements and testifies in official judicial proceedings. Develops plans, policies, procedures, and detailed instructions to implement Security Force programs. No history of excessive alcohol use or been arrested in the past two years for two or more alcohol related incidents regardless of disposition, except when proven not guilty.
