As a leading Cannabis grower, Medmen operates controlled environment growing and extraction facilities in multiple locations. The Cultivation Compliance Officer is responsible for the development, analysis and execution of internal compliance requirements, audit of processes and documentation of compliance scorecards in all aspects of MedMen’s cultivation and extraction operations. This position will create, document and ensure detailed internal compliance requirements based on external and state mandated laws and regulations, develop and inform internal best practices and guidelines to ensure compliance in all aspects cannabis growing and processing, and continually monitor, measure and document key performance indicators (KPIs) to further improve and ensure compliance.

<li>NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. If you are not sure you are eligible for military membership, please contact a National Guard recruiter prior to applying for this position.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE : All GS-0083 series personnel must be certified at the next higher level before being eligible for that level and must have a minimum of one year on-the-job experience in the grade immediately below the next higher level . Understanding of the basic principles and concepts of military security forces functions, laws, policies, regulations, rules, procedures, and methods. Also, have general experience performing functions such as weapon systems and resource security, air base defense, law enforcement; and, if applicable for the position, experience in handling military working dog functions or combat arms functions
 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Has experiences in performing practical Security Force activities in direct support of the military weapon systems and physical security; law and order; and area security operations. The work experiences are in law enforcement, maintaining law and order, preserving the peace, and protecting life and civil rights within the jurisdiction of military installations. Has general experiences in protecting federal property from hazards such as sabotage, espionage, trespass, theft, fire, and accident or willful damage and destruction. Experiences in securing crime and incident scenes; apprehending and detaining suspects; searches persons and property; and collects, seizes, and preserves evidence. Experienced in conducting interviews of witnesses and suspects and obtains statements and testifies in official judicial proceedings. Has work experiences in responding to disaster and relief operations and participates in contingencies. Develops plans, policies, procedures, and detailed instructions to implement Security Force programs. Is competent and experienced in maintaining accountability and ensuring security for weapons, ammunition, and explosives utilized in the course of instruction in accordance with applicable Air Force Instructions. Experienced in implementing ground weapons training programs. Experienced in the control and safeguarding of arms, ammunition, and equipment; and, instructs ground weapons qualification training. The tasks provides guidance on weapons placement to security forces and ground defense force commanders. Has experiences in inspecting ground weapons, replacing unserviceable parts, and analyzing malfunctions by inspections and serviceability testing. Has experiences in firing weapons for accuracy and serviceability. Understands how to control and operate firing ranges and associated facilities to include supervising construction and rehabilitation. Experienced in presenting courses on training material and instruction covering proper use of handguns, rifles, machine guns and other base defense/ground combat skills equipment, in accordance with approved lesson plans and course control documents. Experienced in weaponry, laws, directives, programs, policies, and procedures governing Security Forces activities; installation security; weapon system and resource security; anti-terrorism; law enforcement and investigations; military working dogs; air base defense; training; pass and registration; civilian work force; and combat arms.
 
No history of excessive alcohol use or been arrested in the past two years for two or more alcohol related incidents regardless of disposition, except when proven not guilty.
 
No more than one active wage garnishment for delinquency.
 
No more than two delinquent charge off/collection (&gt;= 30 days) payments within last two years.
 
Within three years prior to entry into military service, not have been terminated from civilian employment more than twice for reasons of misconduct, theft, or alcohol use.
 
Must not have used, distributed, or manufactured illicit narcotics or been arrested for any narcotics use, distribution or manufacturing.
 
Have not sniffed or used a substance to obtain an altered consciousness state from aerosol spray, lighter fluid, petro chemical, adhesives, Freon, or any other chemical for a purpose not intended for use.
 
Qualification to bear firearms according to AFI 31-117, Arming and Use of Force by Air Force Personnel.
 
Never been convicted by a general, special, or summary courts-martial.
 
Never received nonjudicial punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) which resulted in either reduction or suspended reduction in grade, or correctional custody for offenses involving substantiated drug abuse as defined in AFI 44-121, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT) Program, acts of larceny, wrongful appropriation, robbery, burglary, housebreaking, misconduct in combat defined in UCMJ articles 99-106, or any act that harms or has the potential to harm the physical safety or well-being of animals to include Military Working Dogs.
 
Never been convicted by a civilian court of a Category One, Two, or Three offense, nor exceeded the accepted number of Category Four offenses. Category Three and Four traffic offenses alone are not disqualifying. NOTE: Categories of offenses are described and listed in AFI 36-2002, Regular Air Force and Special Category Accessions, Uniform Guide List of Typical Offenses.
 
No documented record of gang affiliation.
 
No fear of working around nuclear weapons or nuclear components.
 
For award and retention of these AFSCs, must maintain an Air Force Network License according to AFI 33-115, Vol 2, Licensing Network Users and Certifying Network Professionals.
 
Specialty requires routine access to Secret material or similar environment.
 
For award and retention of AFSCs 3P0XX, completion of a current National Agency Check, Local Agency Checks and Credit (NACLC) according to AFI 31-501, Personnel Security Program Management.
 
NOTE: Award of the 3-skill level without a completed NACLC is authorized provided an interim Secret security clearance has been granted according to AFI 31-501.

Enterprise Product Marketing &amp; Sales Content Manager
MJ Freeway is growing quickly in a fast paced, nascent industry, and we’re looking for an Enterprise Product and Marketing &amp; Sales Content Manager our team. This fulltime position will report directly to the VP of Global Marketing &amp; Communications. Responsibilities: 
Product positioning (10%)
<ul>
<li>Working in collaboration with the product team and the Marketing Vice President the PMM is responsible for defining the compelling, customer value-based vision and voice for MJ Freeway’s products overall and for the primary (non-territory specific) customer segment. The PMM will work with the product team to bring creativity to this process - challenging thinking for the industry, the customer, the competition, and ensuring the product voice always delivers on customer needs and desires.</li>
<li>The PMM drives a valuable, leading-edge product voice strategy and supporting content plan for our audiences, committed to ensuring that MJ Freeway is a cannabis thought leader not a follower.</li>

Strategic Content Planning (20%)
<ul>
<li>The PMM develops a long-range strategic marketing and sales content plan that solidifies and expands MJ Freeway’s position as cannabis business thought leader. The PMM builds this plan with the goal of driving brand recognition, increase in brand perception scores, and lead increases.</li>
<li>The PMM is also responsible for building and executing the short-range content plan. This plan takes into account the long-range content plan and goals, as well as meeting channel content goals as defined by the channel lead.</li>
<li>The PMM is accountable to helping the Channel Lead meet channel post frequency goals.</li>
<li>The PMM measures content plan effectiveness and adjusts accordingly based on defined measurement and goals. Adjustments would include changes in content type, subject matter, frequency, and content channel.</li>

PMM creates content for MJ freeway audiences, including existing customers, potential customers, government officials, and cannabis business enthusiasts. The PMM develops content with input from product team and with our creative agencies. Content includes:
