Dynamics NAV Systems Analyst

This recruitment will be used to fill multiple vacancies for Regulatory Specialists (Recreational and Medical Marijuana Inspectors) in our Medford office. The OLCC is the agency responsible for regulating the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in Oregon by administering the state's Liquor Control Act and regulating the sale of recreational marijuana in Oregon through the Control, Regulation, and Taxation of Marijuana and Industrial Hemp Act. The agency is comprised of three major operational programs; the Distilled Spirits Program, the Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program. All three programs are supported by the Administration, Financial Services, and Support Services divisions. Revenue generated from these programs helps support state and local government programs. 
The Distilled Spirits Program oversees the distribution and sale of distilled spirits in the state. This program centrally purchases, warehouses and distributes distilled spirits to Oregon's independently operated liquor stores. OLCC's Public Safety Program licenses and regulates businesses in the alcohol industry such as manufacturers, wholesalers, bars, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. 
The Recreational Marijuana Program is exclusively authorized to make marijuana available to consumers and licensed businesses through retail marijuana stores. The program tracks the growing, transporting, processing and selling of recreational marijuana products. The OLCC is also responsible for tracking medical marijuana products derived from Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) growers. The Public Safety Program will administer the tracking and perform inspections of OMMP growers related to information identified through the tracking system. The Public Safety Program is also responsible for licensing and regulating the operation of the recreational marijuana industry in Oregon. 

Duties &amp; Responsibilities

The Recreational &amp; Medical Inspector positions are very similar in nature, yet have slightly different duties. Please see below for specifics on each position. Site Surveys and Investigations

(Medical) - Independently, or as a member of a team, conducts site surveys and investigations of Oregon medical marijuana registrants to assure compliance with state laws and rules that govern medical marijuana growers, processors and dispensaries required to track marijuana using OLCC cannabis tracking system. These individuals remain registrants of Oregon Health Authority's Oregon Medical Marijuana Program.

(Recreational) - Conducts site surveys and investigations of Oregon marijuana licensed businesses to assure compliance with state laws and rules.

(Recreational &amp; Medical) - Collects, analyzes, and interprets licensee's business records and other records or technical reports.

(Recreational &amp; Medical) - Uses a radio frequency scanner to collect and record licensed premises marijuana inventory as needed. Compares scanned inventory data with recorded inventory in seed-to-sale application to detect and assess shortages/overages in product quantities. Analyzes and reconciles financial and tax data from the application and reports. Reviews discrepancies with licensee to determine whether an investigation is in order.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 
Three years of experience conducting investigations of allegations, facts, behaviors, documents, laws, legal precedents, and/or other information. This experience must include preparing written reports using individual judgment in developing conclusions or recommendations that are subject to review in court, administrative hearings or comparable formal review process; OR 
An Associate's degree in criminal justice, human or behavioral sciences, business or public administration, or other related field AND eighteen months of experience conducting investigations; OR 
A Bachelor's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, human or behavioral sciences, business or public administration, or other related field; OR 
Any relevant combination of education and experience equivalent to three years.

Pauley Construction is looking for Laborer’s in the Winchester, California area. Experience working with Underground Construction is preferred but not required. This is a full-time; FLSA Non-Exempt, benefits eligible position.

Duties include:

A. Shoveling 
B. Pulling Fiber, Cable and Conduit 
C. Keeping work areas clean before; during and after job completion. 
D. Maintaining truck cleanliness; inside and out

Position Overview:

Position available consists of general construction laborer/utility worker. Travel is required but typically within the state. Performs general utility installation, repairs, maintenance of telephone and cable systems. Position will be working with placement of conduit, handholes, cable pedistals and placement of copper/fiber cables. Work schedules are typically 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Requires heavy lifting, pulling, placing, and digging, as required by Pauley Construction, Inc. Reports daily to crew leader/foreman.

Requirements:

<li>Must be minimum of 21 years old to drive company vehicles/operate company equipment</li>
<li>Valid driver license</li>
<li>Must be able to effectively communicate with crew.</li>
<li>Be available to work overtime and emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude with team.</li>
<li>Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner)</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Basic ability to use small tools/hand tools</li>
<li>Must have strong physical endurance for hot weather conditions, repetitive bending, stooping, lifting, transferring equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Must pass company drug testing</li>
<li>Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.)</li>
</ul>

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

<li>Receive, inspect, store and secure all supplies and materials when delivered.</li>
<li>Maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies.</li>
<li>Conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard.</li>
<li>Maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems.</li>
<li>Assist in the management, maintenance and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the project.</li>
<li>Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.</li>
<li>Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.</li>

Job Overview
The Sales Representative will be tasked with opening and managing OLCC recreational dispensary accounts. Sales Reps are expected to call, email, visit and schedule meetings with dispensaries daily. Representatives will oversee, roughly, 100 storefronts. Sales goals, strategies and guidelines will be provided on a regular basis.
Responsibilities and Duties·
Promote and sell products from a vast portfolio of brands. Call, email, visit and set up meetings with retailers. Communicate regularly with Sales Manager progress, numbers, and concerns. Partake in daily sales meetings garner a deep understanding of product branding and selling points (general product info). Represent brands at events and storefronts. Meet sales goals and follow group strategies.
Qualifications
