The Floor Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. S/he shall spend time with the patient and listen to their needs and concerns, and make appropriate recommendations about medicine. Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years' experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.</li>

<li>Strong number skills and basic math. Experience with inventory is desired.</li>
<li>Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in cold environments (30-40F) for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.</li>

Cannabis Packaging Technician

Job Summary: 
Serve as a Retail Assistant Manager for The Giving Tree of Denver. The position is responsible for assisting with managing and directing retail operations of the dispensary while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This position has managerial and supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities But Not Limited To
<ul>
<li>Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns</li>
<li>Assists the Retail General Manager and Retail Operations Manager in all day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Meets operational expectations and maintains high product quality standards by following and upholding all of The Giving Tree of Denver policies, procedures and security protocols by adhering to the Retail Operations Policy Guide and Employee Manual</li>
<li>Responsible for following Retail Operations Policy Guide to ensure consistent store operations Creating brand loyalty, brand consistency, and ensuring repeat guest visits</li>
</ul>

<li>Responsible for monitoring all transactions and cash within the retail store, including preparing bank deposits, counting drawers and deposits, and performing record keeping duties related to all cash handling per The Giving Tree of Denver's policy, as necessary</li>
<li>Responsible for monitoring and using security cameras to maintain safety and security of facility; Ensuring regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Maintains knowledge of all strains of cannabis, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls and accessories for sale in the dispensary</li>
<li>Utilizes well-versed knowledge of Cannabinoids and how they affect the body and acts as a resource for all onsite staff members</li>

<ul><li>Monitors overall retail sales and creates effective solutions to increase sales, including creation, implementation and evaluation of promotions, discounts, and guest benefits</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for inventory control and ensuring state mandated compliance; Performing all receiving, transferring, reporting, reconciling and inventory management functions daily</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitors sales floor for a variety of factors including but not limited to flow, staffing needs, atmosphere, products, or security.</li>

<li>Leads and inspires staff to work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest-satisfaction, and compliance goals are met by designated timelines</li>

Experience and Knowledge Required:

<li>A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>At least two years of experience as a medical/retail dispensary manager</li>

<li>Expert in POS operation and reporting</li>
<li>METRC proficient and able to train others</li>
<li>Strong communication and decision making skills</li>
