Spokane's top rated cannabis retail store on Leafly.com, is looking to add a new member to our skilled management team! We are projected to do $20 million in revenue this year and continue to grow. We currently have a team comprised of approximately 45 employees which includes, but is not limited to; budtenders, supervisors, assistant managers, department managers and an executive team.
The company is actively looking to hire an assistant manager for our two retail locations in Spokane; North Spokane on Francis Ave and Spokane Valley on Trent Ave. This position will be a pivotal role in providing support for the operations and functionality of the store. Incredible organizational skills &amp; attention to detail is a must. Candidates who are considered will have a commitment to customer satisfaction and strive for excellence in a fast paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has prior management experience and is a regular consumer of the product.
The ideal candidate has complete open availability: Monday - Sunday, 7:30 am - 11:30 pm. Those with complete open availability will be given top priority for the job. Compensation will be determined based on experience.
This position is responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Responsible for helping customers, cash handling and exceptional customer service. QUALIFICATIONS: 
Candidates must have sales experience, and previous or current business management experience is highly desired. Education in business and/or business management is highly preferred. Our Assistant Managers need to possess excellent coaching and management skills, effective written &amp; verbal communication skills, and a solid foundation in business, sales and marketing. POSITION OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Retail:

<li>Sets direction and team expectations for the Retail Operations team.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate operational, retail, and merchandise functions to upper management.</li>

Financial:

<li>Directly responsible for retail sales annually</li>
<li>Develops and/or build on policies to meet sales and income goals. Then report on key metrics (sales, productivity, etc.) that drive the business.</li>
<li>Use insights/data to make sound business decisions * Leverages these metrics to maintain pricing, margins, labor costs, and related expenses to meet profitability objectives.</li>
<li>Responsible for financial and business planning components, including; sales &amp; expense planning, part-time labor planning, and monitoring progress against planned targets.</li>

Building Manager-on-Duty (MOD):
<ul>
<li>Deliver a high level of consumer engagement and meet sales goals while maintaining &amp; elevating brand reputation. While holding employees to the same standard.</li>
<li>MOD is responsible for overall satisfaction, safety, and security, of all customers and employees.</li>
<li>MOD is also responsible for ensuring adequate staffing to meet the needs of the business; this includes adjusting schedules to ensure appropriate coverage within budget</li>
<li>Monitoring employee performance and attire.</li>
<li>MOD monitors guest volume &amp; flow throughout the facility and ensures a maximized guest experience; this includes making critical decisions about line management; parking lot operations; and redeployment of staff to manage business peaks and valleys.</li>

Responsibilities include employee management (communication, delegation, follow up, and monitoring performance). The scope of the managerial role involves cross training in various areas of the store. REQUIREMENTS:

Brand Ambassador

Provides first line support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and end user requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors support issues to ensure a timely resolution.

IT Support Specialist

The Data Entry Clerk works, under the guidance of their Team Leader and Department Manager, is responsible for accurately and timely entering payroll and billing information into various computer systems/programs.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

The Farm
We are an innovative small scale, no-till, human powered operation that grows hemp, rice, annual and perennial fruits and vegetables, and is home to a number of young farmhands during the growing season. Our methods and our approach to farming help ensure that our products are extremely healthy and beneficial. We are 1 of 2 Maine grown MOFGA certified CBD hemp farms in Maine and also the only rice farm in the state. We sell 2 different salves, and 2 different tinctures of many strength and sizes. We also sell distillate, and flower and trim. Our products are full spectrum, which means we don’t remove anything from the hemp plant, which makes it much more effective than just CBD. Job Description and Responsibilities
We seek to hire a motivated, energetic and organized person to manage the sale of our CBD products throughout Maine. To date the owners have been managing sales, and we now have enough interest and accounts to merit hiring a dedicated sales manager. Our major outlets are 1) Natural Food and Health/Wellness Stores 2) General Stores 3) Alternative Medicine Practices 4) Pet shops 5) Salons &amp; Spas 6) Online sales 7) Direct to Caregivers and Customers. CBD Hemp Sales Representative

We are an established boutique dispensary that is in the midst of expanding. We have two locations in Inner East Portland and North Portland, plus home delivery service.
Our focus is genuine patient care and education. We hire and train individuals who enjoy using cannabis and who are eager to learn about our vendors' growing practices, processing methods, genetics, methods of consumption, intended user effects, and accurately convey that information to our client base.
We are hiring for part-time hours, approximately 10-20 hours per week. We only seek candidates who have spent the last six months or more building their career paths in Oregon dispensaries.
