has an opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator. We are excited to welcome a warm and caring, open-minded person to join our unique practice. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Answering phones
- Prequalifying patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Acquiring medical records and other documentation
- Placing orders in the State’s Medical Marijuana Use registry
- Speaking directly with patients about their care
- Chart preparation / Registration Questionnaire review
- Electronic medical records systems experience preferred, but not required
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Help promote the practice in the local community, including outreach, circulating marketing materials, and occasionally attending local events, which may take place on nights or weekends.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All staff share with the general upkeep of the office, kitchen, and bathrooms.
- We are a non-smoking facility and, due to our patients with sensitivities, our staff does not wear perfumes or other strong scents.
- References will be checked.
- Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. No weekends or holidays, although Saturday and evening hours may become possible in the future, if interested.
- Benefits: We offer great benefits after 90 days of full-time employment, including paid sick/vacation time, paid holidays, and the perks of working in a family-oriented, holistic office.
- Pay rate: $12-14/hour based on experience, plus benefits
