Position Description:

Position available consists of operating, loading, placing, hauling materials necessary to place, install, maintain, or repair utility systems. This position must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the Utility Construction industry. Travel is required, typically within the state. This position reports to the Foreman. Assistant Operations Analyst

The Sub-Contractor Coordinator works closely with the Department Manager to ensure contract agreements and insurance requirements are satisfied for all sub-contractors. The Coordinator will conduct and manage internal audits in the Contract Department to ensure compliance in all areas. The position will assist with entry of insurance into company portals (Unity, CPS and Solomon) and will process all incoming mail.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Communicates with subcontractors, insurance agents and field personnel.</li>
<li>Develop and actively recruit new subcontractors</li>
<li>Assists with other departments, as needed.</li>

 What We’re Looking For: 
At least 6 months of experience in a high volume, fast-paced retail sales or customer service position
 Ability to remain 100% compliant in a highly-regulated role, operating under the microscope of ever changing rules and regulations
 Strong communication skills, since we’ll rely on you to work seamlessly with customers, coworkers, and managers
 Ability to master complex Point of Sale software – don’t worry, we’ll teach you!
 Flawless cash handling skills
 Strong work ethic with a team player mentality and a positive, can-do attitude – we work hard, but we all know it’s worth it
 What We’ll Need From You: 
Regular and on-time attendance
 Commitment to a minimum of a 40-hour work week that will have you on your feet for 10-12 hours per day
 Availability to work a full-time schedule that will include weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts, including location changes and overtime as needed
 Reliable transportation
 Must be a Colorado state resident
 High School Diploma or GED (this is a must; a college degree on top is awesome)
 Be able to obtain your badge with the Colorado MED
