We offer a full time opportunity for caring, motivated, LICENSED PHARMD, REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER, or CERTIFIED PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT to carry out our mission and vision as the General Manager of the South Whitehall dispensary. Our new dispensary is scheduled to open Summer of 2018.

Responsibilities:
The General Manager will function as the supervisor for all technical, non-technical and compliance functions in the dispensary. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for serving patients while working in the medical marijuana space.

As the General Manager you will:
Play an integral role in building the new team including training, coaching, conducting performance reviews and establishing performance improvement plans

Be the responsible party at the dispensary, resolving all employee or patient related conflicts and issues

Direct and monitor all department managers to accomplish goals consistent with established safety procedures

Ensure compliance with all PA Medical Marijuana Program rules and regulations

Manage security systems for tracking, record keeping, record retention and surveillance related to all product at every stage of storage, delivery, transportation and distribution

Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse Practitioner, registered Pharmacist, or Physicians Assistant

An active unrestricted license in good standing

Completion of the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course.

Recent experience in a supervisory capacity (within the last 5 years) with patient-oriented drug delivery systems and a passion for patient care and service delivery.

3+ years of retail experience preferred

Familiarity with computers and POS systems
