The Assistant Operations Analyst will assist with the coordination and analysis of all projects for Kanaan Communications. Assists with customer contracts, job cost analysis and overall production/reporting of jobs in CPS/Unity.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Assist Invoicing/Data Entry/Subcontractor teams with issues as they pertain to CPS reporting of revenues/cost.</li>
<li>Assist with subcontractor payouts (special/prevailing wage compliance).</li>
<li>Assist/review customer contracts.</li>
<li>Assist with weekly/monthly job cost reporting for President/VPs.</li>
<li>Assist in CPS data base entry for production rates/customer invoicing.</li>
<li>Liaison between the field and corporate office for CPS management.</li>
<li>Assist in sales and use tax as it pertains to project setups/CPS entry.</li>
<li>Other duties, as assigned.</li>

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

<li>College Degree (Business Oriented) preferred.</li>
<li>One to three years related work experience.</li>
<li>PC Skills – Excel and Word required and a plus to have familiarity with Access, Dynamics, Google Docs, and other project management software.</li>

Assistant Operations Analyst

Provides first line support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and end user requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors support issues to ensure a timely resolution.

Specific duties include:

<li>Image PC’s/laptops in accordance with Kanaan Communications standards</li>
<li>Maintains familiarity with latest technology developments and techniques while supporting the roll-out of new applications</li>
<li>Inventory management of IT hardware and software.</li>
<li>General PC and hardware maintenance.</li>
<li>Travel to job sites as necessary for workstation and connectivity configuration and support.</li>
<li>Intermediate Active Directory users and computers management.</li>
<li>Awareness and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and reporting.</li>

IT Support Specialist

The Sub-Contractor Coordinator works closely with the Department Manager to ensure contract agreements and insurance requirements are satisfied for all sub-contractors. The Farm
We are an innovative small scale, no-till, human powered operation that grows hemp, rice, annual and perennial fruits and vegetables, and is home to a number of young farmhands during the growing season. Our methods and our approach to farming help ensure that our products are extremely healthy and beneficial. We are 1 of 2 Maine grown MOFGA certified CBD hemp farms in Maine and also the only rice farm in the state. We sell 2 different salves, and 2 different tinctures of many strength and sizes. We also sell distillate, and flower and trim. Our products are full spectrum, which means we don’t remove anything from the hemp plant, which makes it much more effective than just CBD. We have a state license, are 100% legal to sell retail in the state of Maine and have tests to back it up. We currently are in 15 locations.
Job Description and Responsibilities
We seek to hire a motivated, energetic and organized person to manage the sale of our CBD products throughout Maine. To date the owners have been managing sales, and we now have enough interest and accounts to merit hiring a dedicated sales manager. Our major outlets are 1) Natural Food and Health/Wellness Stores 2) General Stores 3) Alternative Medicine Practices 4) Pet shops 5) Salons &amp; Spas 6) Online sales 7) Direct to Caregivers and Customers. Data Entry Clerk

Primary responsibilities, other duties may be assigned:

General Description: 
A Cannabis Company in Spokane, WA is currently looking for a General Manager to join our team! We currently operate two dispensaries in Spokane County and are ranked among the top 10% highest grossing retailers in the state of Washington. We achieved $10M in revenue last year and are on track to reach $20M in 2018. The General Manager would play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations at both retail stores, as well as providing support to the CEO and COO. General Manager (GM)

We are an established boutique dispensary that is in the midst of expanding. We have two locations in Inner East Portland and North Portland, plus home delivery service.
Our focus is genuine patient care and education. We hire and train individuals who enjoy using cannabis and who are eager to learn about our vendors' growing practices, processing methods, genetics, methods of consumption, intended user effects, and accurately convey that information to our client base.
We are hiring for part-time hours, approximately 10-20 hours per week. We only seek candidates who have spent the last six months or more building their career paths in Oregon dispensaries.
We actively encourage upward mobility, continuing education and training, promotions, raises and involvement in management. At $13/hour, employees begin training in our Budtender or Delivery Driver positions. After a 90-day review, pay increases to $14/hour and employees become eligible to interview for internal promotions in keyholder and trainer positions. After a subsequent 6-month review, employees become eligible to interview for upper management positions. Our preference is to reward reliable hard work and to promote from within.
Our Budtender position is integral to our daily operations and serves as a direct link between our inventory and our patient and customer base. The Budtender executes assigned cannabis packaging projects. While budtending, the Budtender works one-on-one with medical patients and adult customers to recommend products that best match our clients' needs and serves as a cashier. This position has the following requirements:
- a valid OLCC worker permit, or proof of test completion and submission to OLCC
- ability to lift up high and down low, lift and carry 50 lbs. or more, walk up and down stairs, and sit or stand for the duration of the shift
- ability to handle and package cannabis
- strong communication and customer service skills
- retail experience, POS experience, cash handling
- demonstrate knowledge of vendors, inventory and methods of cannabis cultivation, processing and consumption to best serve our patients and customers
- familiarity with BioTrackTHC, Google Drive, Excel and Leafly.com menu updates preferred

Our Delivery Driver serves as a Budtender in between accepting, processing and delivering orders through our online delivery app. This position has the following requirements:
- a valid OLCC worker permit, or proof of test completion and submission to OLCC
- ability to lift up high and down low, lift and carry 50 lbs. or more, walk up and down stairs, and sit or stand for the duration of the shift
- ability to handle and package cannabis
- a motor vehicle insured at or above the legal requirements in Oregon capable of locking all doors and equipped with an alarm system
- a smartphone
- a valid Oregon driver license
- must be able to provide a current DMV report
- familiarity with BioTrackTHC, METRC, Google Drive, and Excel preferred
- flexible schedule; immediate and open availability.

Cannabis Dispensary Budtender / Delivery Driver

Growing Investment Management and Consulting firm that serves the cannabis industry, in need of a reliable Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will work with our Senior Accountant and Controller and use QuickBooks to enter accounting transactions. The ideal candidate must be organized and responsible.
Responsibilities include:

<li>Pay vendor invoices in a timely manner</li>
<li>Process employee expense reports</li>
<li>Issue invoices to customers</li>
<li>Record cash receipts and make bank deposits</li>
<li>Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account</li>

Desired Qualifications: The bookkeeper candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the QuickBooks accounting software package.
