The successful applicant should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, public administration, or security management. Further, the successful applicant should have military or law enforcement experience and be working towards a PCI, CPP, or PSP certification through ASIS International.
 Every applicant: 
Must provide documentation of 3 years’ full-time experience as an administrator or manager in the field or licensed contract security and licensed investigative experience in either federal, state, county, or municipal law enforcement, or U.S. military in L.E. roles.
 
Must provide documentation of at least 3 years, 6,000 hours, of investigative work experience.
 
Must be able to pass all State of Arizona background requirements as well as an FBI criminal history.
 
Must be able to successfully qualify with a company approved firearm/semi-auto pistol.
 
Must have strong management, budgeting, and sales process skills.
 
Must have basic knowledge and background in recruitment, selection, training, and handling of employee concerns and misconduct.
 
Will report to the Chief Operations and Compliance Officer of Blue Line Protection Group.
 
Will be responsible for armored vehicle fleet management.
 
Will require, on a fill in or needs basis, taking the role of security operator or armored transport operator.
 
Must have background in corporate investigations to include those pertaining to the 2014 FinCEN guidelines and Cole Memo requirements.
 
Must have previous work in a regulatory function and will be responsible for knowledge and oversight of the regulations pertaining to the State’s legal cannabis industry.
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Responsible for all daily H.R. responsibilities such as hiring, employee oversight, and associated employee job termination responsibilities.
 
Creation of office employee files and contract files.
 
Provide daily direction of office staff.
 
Seek out and negotiate new business contacts and provide oversight of sales process.
 
Ensure employee training to appropriate standards.
 
Provide oversight of business invoicing and payment schedule.
 
Ensure operability of the fleet.
 
Provide oversight of employee scheduling and work performance.
 
Maintain oversight of employee misconduct investigations and make recommendations for disciplinary steps.

While salary is not yet finalized, the range is expected to be $65,000 to $72,000 per year. Duties

<li>Process all incoming applications including retail, non-retail, marijuana, alcohol permits, special occasions, added endorsements and changes to existing licenses:

<li>Receive and review applications when they are received
</li>
<li>Input information into the iSeries
</li>
<li>Track the money in the iSeries, if needed
</li>
<li>Send out local authority notices when required
</li>
<li>Approve and issue appropriate licenses
</li>
<li>Answer and retrieve messages from main phone line and respond to email questions
</li>
<li>Respond to questions that come on the main phone line or transfer to the correct department
</li>
<li>Guides and assists customers through licensing and other application processes

<li>Provide interpretation of agency laws, regulations, and processes

<li>Resolve inquiries and complaints while maintain appropriate confidentiality

<li>Individuals appointed to a Line ALJ position will begin with an annual salary of $78,036, if they have at least five years of experience as a licensed attorney, and have no prior experience conducting administrative hearings. The starting salary may be negotiable for individuals with experience conducting administrative hearings.

<li>Individuals appointed to an Entry ALJ position will begin with an annual salary of at least $67,632, but less than $78,036 if they have less than five years of experience as a licensed attorney.

Duties

Position overview: 
Our ALJs mainly preside over telephonic hearings but will also conduct in-person hearings for both pro se and represented parties. ALJs work in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment where they are at the forefront of accomplishing the OAH mission. ALJs enjoy seeing the direct result of their work and the justice provided in each decision made. An ALJ's primary role is to conduct hearings that are fair-in both substance and appearance-and issue well-reasoned, timely decisions. This role demands the ability to build a record; manage time effectively; and produce clear, logical, well-written decisions. As a representative of the State of Washington, each ALJ is held to the highest standard of professionalism, performance excellence, and ethics. Our Caseloads: Social &amp; Health Services (SHS): ALJs on this caseload work on a variety of case types, including vulnerable adult and child abuse, neglect, child support, food assistance, medical benefits, and business and professional licensing. The hearing length ranges from 30 minutes to multiple days. Parties to the proceedings are often pro se, but will sometimes be represented by attorneys or non-attorney representatives. Employment Security (ES): The ES caseload handles a high volume of cases with quick turnaround times for orders. A typical hearing is scheduled for about one hour and a fully trained judge is typically scheduled for 24 hearings a week. ALJs on this caseload hear cases involving unemployment insurance, unemployment fraud, training benefits, and unemployment tax assessments. Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI): ALJs issue final administrative decisions for OSPI. The majority of these cases involve special education, nonresident student transfers, and teacher professional certification. This caseload is similar to a civil trial practice. One or both of the parties will be represented by attorneys. ALJs hear and decide complex prehearing matters, including discovery disputes, motions for summary judgment, and motions in limine. Hearings range from one day to multiple weeks. ALJs must critically examine conflicting expert testimony, make difficult credibility determinations, and address multiple issues in the same order. Final orders are typically 25+ pages. Specialized: This ever-growing, dynamic caseload covers a variety of other case types, including regulatory cases from the Liquor and Cannabis Board and the Department of Labor and Industries, and Title IX student misconduct cases for some state universities Specialized cases often involve ruling on prehearing motions, managing multiple parties, and writing orders on novel or complex issues. ALJs on this caseload must have strong analytical skills and enjoy challenges, variety, and flexibility in their work. Some of what you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Provide high quality and timely administrative hearings and decisions under Chapter 34.05 RCW and other applicable laws consistent with the requirements of due process.
</li>
<li>Conduct fair, impartial hearings accessible for all parties. Most ES and SHS hearings are conducted over the phone, with some in person. Most OSPI and Specialized hearings are conducted in person. Travel throughout Washington State may be required.
</li>
<li>Become proficient in using our case management system to manage your caseload.
</li>
<li>Ensure a clear and complete hearing record.
</li>
<li>Preside and rule on pre-hearing, hearing, and post-hearing matters.
</li>
<li>Read or view exhibits, pleadings, and legal reference materials to prepare for proceedings.
</li>
<li>Swear in witnesses, take testimony, and rule on exhibits. Determine the relevancy of testimony as it is occurring; rule on admissibility of evidence.
</li>
<li>Maintain control of the hearing, which may include parties who are upset or are having difficulty understanding the proceeding.
</li>
<li>Analyze legal problems, some of which may be difficult and complex; and apply legal principles and precedents with a commitment to making an unbiased and legally correct decision.
</li>
<li>Issue well-written decisions consistent with OAH quality standards, containing necessary findings of fact and conclusions of law disposing of all legal issues.
</li>
<li>Issue decisions within strict timelines required by OAH standards and the governing federal and state law.
</li>
<li>Develop and maintain current and accurate knowledge of administrative rules, policies and procedures, and other substantive law for caseloads.</li>

This position will be located in Hyderabad, India, but you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software.  Job Description: 
The Service Desk/Triage/Field Technician is a strategic technical position within our organization. This position is responsible for handling incoming technical support calls and tickets. Field work and client management are also an important component of this position. Client locations range from the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles to Orange County. Reliable transportation is required.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Experienced System Admin with very strong Windows AD background, should be very proficient in Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, Group Policy related issues at ease.
 Expertise in handling Office 365, Outlook, SQL Server, TFS and QB client specific softwares, Implement solutions for customers using technologies that meet their needs
 Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Thin Client
 Should be capable of handling Network issues in Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
 Hands on Linux would be a plus.
 Experience in scripting would be a plus.
 System documentation and updating of internal Client Wiki-Knowledgebase
 Effective and timely communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or scheduled outages

Service Desk Triage / Field Tech

The Director of Cultivation will be responsible for the direction and oversight of multiple cultivation teams, each operating in different types of facilities and utilizing varying grow methodologies. He/she will be responsible for managing the planning, design, construction, and operations for Next Big Crop’s cultivation projects. The Director of Cultivation will manage client relationships, and collaborate with the client, their team, contractors, local authorities, regulatory bodies, Next Big Crop’s team and General Cannabis in order to achieve smooth, consistent and profitable operations. Cultivation project-types include warehouse/indoor, greenhouse, outdoor and hemp. This position will not be located in Oregon. Must be willing and able to move frequently to different cultivation sites located throughout the U.S.
 
Duties and responsibilities
 
Responsible for managing multiple cannabis cultivation facilities, both medical and recreational, ranging from 10k SF to 300k SF
 She/he will oversee all propagation, plant maintenance, plant nutrition, pest management, harvest/dry/cure and inventory-tracking
 Design nutrient recipes and schedules, using both pre-made fertilizers as well as from base salts
 Oversee the design, installation and operation of advanced automation/environmental control systems such as Argus, Netafim etc.
 Manage, supervise and direct the activities of all cultivation staff, and make decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement
 Collect and review data to optimize yields for each strain/harvest and work with senior management to make improvements
 Identify and implement ways to decrease capital and operating expenses through design, process, and equipment
 Update and implement all Cultivation SOPs and related associated documents
 Navigate regulatory and compliance considerations, and develop and implement processes and standards based on regulations, which vary in each location
 
Qualifications
 Required Qualifications: 
Managed 100,000+ SF cannabis cultivation facility
 10 years+ of industry experienced
 4-year degree from an accredited university
 Expert level knowledge of all growing mediums, nutrient regimens, cultivation methodologies, environmental requirements and cultivation techniques.
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – strong Excel skills required
 Construction experience, including an ability to read and understand building plans, proficiency in heavy equipment operation, and a working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
 Ability and desire to travel and live in new areas for 6-12 months at a time.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Collaborative nature and ability to work well with others.
 Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
 Ability to get things done and make decisions in an autonomous work environment without extensive oversight
 Clean criminal record
 Must maintain an up-to-date passport
