Job Summary 
Responsible for overseeing the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house aerial/underground construction crews. The Field Supervisor helps set the direction for the CATV construction work and removes roadblocks so the crew members will be successful, the customer will be satisfied and the project profitable. The Field Supervisor shall not have the authority to enter into any contract on behalf of the company. Specific duties include:

<li>Responsible for performing field inspections of cable/fiber/coax placement, splicing and construction work.</li>
<li>Assist in building out both underground and aerial aspects of the network</li>
<li>Conduct pre-survey of construction packages</li>
<li>Read and interpret CATV construction drawings and blueprints</li>
<li>Track daily production for crew and achieve schedule demands at all times</li>
<li>Completes walk-through with foreman and customer</li>
<li>Keep the Project Manager and customer updated on progress of project</li>
<li>Evaluate crew member’s performance and provide coaching</li>
<li>Responsible for workforce compliance with all safety regulations including all OSHA requirements.</li>
<li>Interact with subcontractors and field personnel regarding work completion, and resolve conflicts when necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for vehicle maintenance and inventory control of all on-site equipment and tools.</li>
<li>Review and authorize daily work reports.</li>
<li>At times, may be required to perform work along with field personnel.</li>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

<li>10+ years of experience and knowledge of all aspects of Aerial &amp; Underground CATV construction</li>
<li>Knowledge of outside plant safety and procedures</li>
<li>Working knowledge of engineering work prints, ability to understand and interpret construction documents</li>

The Role

This position is responsible for manicuring wet or dry plant material, breaking down plants, and packaging plant material and infused products. This person will also have some responsibility for tracking product electronically on systems to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations.


Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Break plant material off stem and stalk in order to separate unusable waste from usable product.</li>
<li>
Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software.</li>
<li>
Package infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.</li>
<li>
Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system.</li>
<li>
Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.</li>
<li>
Sanitation &amp; cleanup of all processing areas throughout the day.</li>
<li>
Other duties as assigned.</li>

Packaging & Processing Specialist

Assistant Grower
 Position Summary: 
Under the direction of a Grower, Assistant Growers assist in controlling greenhouse activities to ensure optimum growth, quality, appearance and health of plants is maintained. Communication skills, organization, attention to safety and detail, and exceptional time management skills are critical to the success of the organization.
 Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
Assist with all aspects of growing including watering, fertilization, spraying and testing.
 Plant maintenance, including greenhouse environment monitoring and plant placement.
 Assuring plant health by identifying, testing, and documenting.
 Identifying, tracking and controlling insect related issues using IPM practices
 Problem solving.
 Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
 All other duties as assigned.
 Skills/Qualifications: 
Horticulture or related college degree is a plus.
 Pesticide license a plus.
 Ability to stand, climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time.
 Have high energy, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
 Team oriented.
 Willing to work flexible and long hours during peak season, with weekends required.
 Must have reliable transportation and good attendance.
