The Role

As a Patient Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for RISE. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will ensure all patients have the correct ID and are properly checked in to make cannabis purchases. The Patient Intake Coordinator works closely with Inventory Management to ensure out menus are up to date, both in the store and on social media channels. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a Patient Intake Specialist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role will be 30 hours a week and may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Ultimately, a Patient Intake Specialist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES *
 The Harvester will be responsible for completing the weekly harvests and maintaining the facility grounds and plants as directed.
 <ul>
<li>Take direction from the Harvest lead and complete harvest in a quick and safe manner.</li>
<li>Clean and reset all equipment, pots, and tools to prepare for each harvest.</li>
<li>Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure a high standard of quality during all harvest processes.</li>
<li>Assist facilities managers in basic installation, maintenance, and cleaning of cultivation equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain the facility grounds.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees.</li>
<li>Ensure proper care of all products during the harvesting, drying, curing, and extraction preparation process.</li>
<li>Set goals and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing education and professional development as needed.</li>

Requirements: 
QUALIFICATIONS *
 REQUIRED
 <ul>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day</li>
<li>General tool, hardware, ladder, and building skills. Must be able to use a 12’ extension ladder.</li>
<li>Working safely in a warehouse setting.</li>
<li>Self-motivated.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task.</li>
<li>Remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate through various formats including email and phone.</li>
<li>At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.</li>

<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.</li>
<li>If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.</li>
<li>Environmental requirements and exposure:</li>
<li>Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables</li>

DESIRABLE

<li>Experience and knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture.</li>
<li>Previous manufacturing/ laborer experience.</li>

EDUCATION *

<li>Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent required.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, or plant science field is desirable.</li>

 JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking QA/QC Supervisors to join our manufacturing facilities in Brookville, PA. As a QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing sampling and inspection of in-process materials and finished products, and inspection of packaged orders prior to shipment. This position will also be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.
 CORE JOB DUTIES
 <ul>
<li>Performs in-process and finished product sampling and inspection.</li>
<li>Inspects packaged orders to ensure correct content and quantities.
</li>
<li>Inspects retain samples and customer return samples, as deemed necessary.</li>
<li>Reviews in-process batch documentation to ensure real-time compliance to product specifications, good documentation practices and written policies/procedures.
</li>
<li>Reviews logbooks for accuracy and completion.
</li>
<li>Performs equipment and product line clearances before and after production runs.</li>
<li>Discusses errors directly with line personnel and management so any corrections can be made in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Provide real-time feedback to operations personnel by monitoring documentation practices and overall adherence to written policies/procedures.
</li>
<li>Performs audits as assigned by Vice President of Operations or QMS Manager. Collaborates with operational functions to troubleshoot manufacturing and production defects, CAPA, and customer complaints. Provides advice with process improvements to eliminate errors and reduce risk.
</li>
<li>Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.</li>
<li>Responsible for management of site QA/QC staff.</li>
</ul>
 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
<ul>
<li>Associate Degree preferred, 2-5 years’ experience</li>
<li>Prior experience in highly regulated industry. Highly desirable: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, cannabis.</li>
<li>Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function</li>
<li>Prior experience with ANSI/ASQ sampling and inspection procedures</li>
<li>Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
