Trimming &amp; Packaging Specialists are responsible for preparing medical Cannabis products for distribution.

Patient Care Representative

Responsible for implementing, and maintain the strategic programs, services, goals and objectives of the organization the company’s standards on harvesting and trimming as well as daily procedure
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>The Trim Supervisor will be responsible for running the trim room.</li>
<li>Able to successfully use and input data in software system.</li>
<li>Teach proper trimming/post bucking handling and techniques</li>
<li>Must be able to manage a group of trimmers and enforce company’s standards</li>
<li>When not managing trim room, the, trim supervisor will assist on other cultivation needs</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Daily set up trim room before work day, and responsible for making sure trim room is reset to opening conditions at the end of day</li>
<li>Notify Management when product is ready to get post bucked and trimmed</li>
<li>Will be responsible to oversee quality of trim</li>
<li>Schedule work for trim team before convening</li>
<li>Oversee trimming and post bucking</li>
<li>Quality control on all finished goods</li>
<li>Manage dry room (set temps, humidity)</li>
<li>Curing product</li>
<li>Abide by all Company operating polices</li>
<li>Ensure all safety policies are followed</li>
<li>Ensure labor quality meets company standards</li>
<li>Report all completed task to upper management</li>
<li>Secure finished goods</li>
<li>Secure dry room</li>
<li>Data Recording (Trim weight, Daily weight, Mold, and Completed inventory</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>At least 2 Years of Commercial Cannabis experience or comparable industry (i.e. ag)</li>
<li>High school diploma</li>
<li>Can make quick and effective decisions on trimming / post bucking</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a warehouse setting (standing for long periods of time)</li>
<li>Be able to work in a fast pace environment</li>
<li>Must have reliable communication skills</li>
<li>Must have flexible work schedule and show up on time</li>
<li>Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and dead lines</li>
<li>Must be able to direct the work force in a productive manner in all trimming, post bucking situations</li>
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32,000.00 to $38,000.00 /year
Experience:
