Payroll Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

The Payroll Specialist will handle payroll for 300+ employees. In addition they will coordinate with Managers to ensure timeclock completion and approval. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Entering new employees into the payroll system
• Ensuring timesheets are entered properly
• Answer employee questions in regards to hours and PTO
• Following up with Managers to approve timesheets
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
• Answering all State and Federal requests
• Any other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have an OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit in order to be eligible for employment with Cura.
• At least 3 years of payroll experience with more than 100 employees
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• GNSA experience preferred

COMPENSATION

• Depending on Experience.
