Job Summary

An individual who can think, eat, and breathe data. This person is responsible for understanding, cleansing, interpreting, and analyzing data to support our business. Kush Bottles is looking for a Data Analyst focused on creating and managing reports and reporting tools such as dashboards for the company's executives and management team. This position will have exposure throughout the organization and provide support to team leaders looking to use data to solve complex problems and optimize the business.

Examples of Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Build reports relating to sales performance, product movement and inventory management, operational efficiency, etc.</li>

Manage reports to ensure they remain relevant to the audiences as the company grows</li>

Handle all NetSuite reporting dashboard setup and dashboard related questions by leaders and employees</li>

Update our monthly sales goal tracking dashboard, which will consist of 5 custom reports that need to be created each month</li>

Be our in-house expert on NetSuite reports and saved searches and respond to all inquiries</li>

Build presentations with sales and marketing data for our monthly Sales &amp; Operations Planning meetings</li>

Work with product marketing to pull data to help make decisions on which products to source and how to distribute the products</li>

Work with digital marketing to pull custom lists for special targeted campaigns, and to measure the effectiveness of these campaigns</li>

Work with operations to report on effectiveness against certain metrics like on time delivery, QC time, labor usage, etc.</li>

Work with supply chain to report on vendor related metrics such as on time delivery as well as demand forecasting</li>

Executive Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

The Extraction Assistant provides on-site support for the extraction manager for the production of Cultivate’s extraction-based products. Completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas. The Extraction Assistant manages and execution of day-to-day tasks, including prepping, measuring, extracting, baking, and packaging. The Extraction Assistant must monitor and maintain the production facility in accordance with State regulations and standards set by Cultivate.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two-year degree in the culinary or related field. Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Also, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties: Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits, and cooking skills. Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or product up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. 1. Manufacturing a. Prepares and executes Company extraction-based product line through the measuring and processing of product, in accordance with the State and standards set by Cultivate. b. Assists in maintaining a safe and clean production area and work environment at all times. c. Assists in consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by Cultivate.
2. Facility Cleaning
a. Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility.
b. Ensures that personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cultivate before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hairnet, changing clothes, etc. c. Completes the sanitation of all production equipment and tools, including workspace, utensils, containers, cookware, and appliances.
