-Manage and maintain smooth operations of the office including office supplies procurement, vendor management, filing sensitive documents, booking travel for employees and supporting marketing team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
2-3 years experience in similar position is preferred.
Must be authorized to work in United States. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion. Must have reliable transportation including a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver or pick up and reconcile the valuables at customer's location</li>
<li>Maintain communication with the vehicle crew and dispatch personnel to ensure a secure transaction</li>
<li>Maintain the highest degree of security and control of the customer shipment at all times</li>
<li>Remain alert and prepared at all times, not only protecting the crew or premises, but also watching for the accidental mishandling of packages that might result in a loss</li>
<li>Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled throughout the daily scheduled run</li>
</ul>
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
<ul>
<li>University degree preferred; High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required</li>
<li>Minimum of 21 years of age</li>
<li>A valid drivers license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving record</li>
<li>Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements</li>
<li>A valid CA firearms permit</li>
<li>A valid CA guard card</li>
<li>Ability to lift at least 50 pounds</li>
<li>Pass drug test</li>
</ul>
