ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)

<li>Prepares and mixes chemical agents used; prepares work area prior to beginning job and cleans area after completion.</li>
<li>Ensures chemicals agents and substances are mixed according to label instruction and product specifications, and uses, in accordance with established safety precautions and directions.

<li>Places safety signs in sprayed areas with required re-entry intervals (REI) information.</li>
<li>Ensures secondary container is properly labeled and stored when not in use.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Perform all tasks in the light deprivation greenhouse perpetual harvest grow:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Mother plant maintenance, tissue culture, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, plant transfer from veg to flowering.</li>
<li>Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all plant needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to produce the best results for maximum plant yield.</li>
<li>Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants from seed-to-harvest using our seed-to-sale system management program.</li>
<li>Knowledge of pest and disease control and management.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and follow the cultivation department sanitation policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Wash and sanitize all equipment, tables, hallways, etc... ensuring all tools and areas are free of pests, viruses or disease.</li>
<li>Demonstrate accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner to meet production standards. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.</li>
<li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cultivation facility while performing job duties.</li>
<li>Uphold quality of finished product through employing attention to detail while manicuring flower.</li>
<li>Breakdown flowers off stem and stalk of plant to separate unusable waste from useable product; employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each batch.</li>
<li>After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.</li>
<li>Account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves separately to “waste” for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to “useable by-product” (trim).</li>
<li>Exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are cultivating; adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.</li>
<li>Works in a timely manner to efficiently meet goals while consistently producing quality product.</li>
<li>Employee must be able to follow basic instructions and take constructive criticism from their managers to maintain quality standards and production goals.</li>
<li>Employee must show up on time for work every day ready to work.</li>
<li>Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing patient medicine.</li>
<li>Spray and sanitation staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every shift.</li>

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

<li>Ability to walk on uneven terrain.</li>
<li>The use of a respirator is required.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.</li>
<li>Must not be allergic to or have a fear of insects.</li>
<li>Work is performed in a fast-paced cannabis grow location.</li>

WORKING CONDITIONS
