Responsibilities and Duties
-Manage and maintain smooth operations of the office including office supplies procurement, vendor management, filing sensitive documents, booking travel for employees and supporting marketing team as needed.
- Acts as direct liaison with talent
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files
- Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents
Qualifications and Skills
2-3 years experience in similar position is preferred.
Must be authorized to work in United States. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion. Must have reliable transportation including a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
