Warehouse Inventory Clerk Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
 
Receive, inspect, store and secure all supplies and materials when delivered.
 Set-up a stock issue and control system that will account for and track all materials used in our construction process.
 Maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
 Assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis.
 Maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies.
 Conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard.
 Maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for development and deployment of recruiting plans for our growing Nevada and California operations. This position supports and contributes to the LCB Mission by performing professional entry level financial review and analysis of accounting, auditing and fiscal data in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles [GAAP], governmental auditing standards, statutes or regulations. This position will report to the Beer and Wine Tax Unit Supervisor and is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and processing Licensee activity reports.

 Process financial data according to accounting performance standards.

 Required: 
Bachelor's degree, which includes 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting: OR

 Help customers navigate a personal computer to submit reports electronically;
