As a Fiscal Analyst 2 you will support the mission of the agency by performing professional journey level financial review and analysis of accounting, auditing and fiscal data in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), governmental auditing standards, statutes or regulations. Duties

Fiscal Analyst 2 (Cannabis Tax Unit)

<li>Process financial data according to accounting performance standards.

<li>Verify monthly reports in Tax System and verify accuracy of all data posted.

<li>Assist licensees with the Traceability System.
</li>
<li>First level responder to payment room activity and the main telephone line for the Tax Unit.

<li>Prepare batch, scanning and indexing of monthly tax reports and payment.
</li>
<li>Prepare invoices and track receipt of payment for initial approved marijuana license fees.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Duties

 As the journey-level classification in the Legal Assistant Series, this position uses independent judgment and knowledge of applicable court rules to provide legal secretarial support to assistant attorneys generals representing various state agencies, boards, and commissions in both a primary and backup function.

Underground General Laborer

We are seeking highly motivated residential drop bury technicians to perform cable television, drop bury installations.

Responsibilities include:

<ul>
<li>Provides the subscriber with the best service and promotes a good relationship between the subscriber and the local cable company. Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to the subscriber</li>
<li>Verify all locates are completed before any task to be performed.</li>
<li>To install new service cable drops, replace existing cable drop, trouble shoot, diagnose service issue.</li>
<li>Hand Burial or machine trenching to length up to 350 feet.</li>
<li>To work with a 700lb drop bury machine. To complete side walk and driveway bores, to include use of boring attachment.</li>
<li>Re-connection of existing underground drop from tap to ground block.</li>
<li>Drops are repaired, replaced, or re-route as necessary. Permanent underground drop replacement with new RG-11 flooded drop cable when required.</li>
<li>Includes removal of any old drops on site when necessary and all restoration to customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Any and all follow up work needing to be performed needs reported to manager.</li>
<li>Works closely with the Dispatch and Project Managers for assignment of work load.</li>
<li>Recording signal levels, daily times, function codes and any additional system specific required documentation</li>
<li>Operate vehicle, drop bury machine, hand tools, power tools, ladders, signal level meters, volt meters, converters, cable locators, leakage detection devices, other test equipment</li>
<li>Completes required paperwork, timesheets, daily service orders, vehicle inspection, logs, noting any problems requiring attention of other staff members. These reports must be submitted timely</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and organized company vehicle/ drop bury equipment. To carry out all work efficiently and in the safest possible manner. Safety is a prime directive of all employees</li>
