7. Balance Sheet reconciliations including amortization and depreciation schedules. 
8. Monthly close journal entries and preparation of credit card entries. 
9. 1099 reporting with vendor maintenance of tax identification numbers and review. 
10. Daily sales reports. 
11. Analysis reports on enrollment and debit card usage. 
12. Process office orders for all departments. 
13. Manage credit cards, coding, and payments. 
14. Provide procedure documentation of all Staff Accountant processes.

The Facilities/HVAC Team Member maintains a professional cultivation and production facility to include a variety of different types of machinery and equipment including commercial HVAC and environmental systems, and advanced irrigation and water treatment systems. GENERAL DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Become familiar with the design and layout of the facilities; learn the locations of installed environmental control and monitoring systems and equipment; and understand operating procedures relating to environmental controls.</li>

Facilities/HVAC Team Member

We are poised and ready for the Big Time and need an experienced Compliance Manager to support our navigation through the legal minefields ahead.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Compliance Manager will oversee application submission, reporting and account management for all required regulatory compliance, both corporate and cannabis specific, to multiple government agencies, insurance providers and financial institutions, as well as keeping up to date on changes in applicable laws and regulatory programs, permitting, licensing and reporting requirements. This role focuses on both high-level understanding of regulatory programs and day-to-day operations to keep all permits, licenses, policies and accounts in good standing. This position will also serve as clerk to the Board of Directors and assist executive team in maintaining relationships with shareholders, investors and other key persons.
This position will work closely with our Director of Finance and executive team on ensuring compliance with regulations, reporting to government agencies, banking, insurance coverage, as well as establish and maintain relationships with government officials and administrators to expedite permitting and licensure, and retain open and constructive communication between the company and regulators.
What You'll Do: 1. Work closely with Director of Finance, Head of Operations, and executive team to ensure permitting and licensure is always in good standing. 2. Identify submission deadlines for reporting and applications, and successfully prepare and execute a plan to file before all due dates. 3. Research, comprehend and report to executive team key compliance requirements for all permits, licensure, banking, insurance and other important company relationships. 4. Reach out and remain in continual communication with government regulators and agencies to ensure company remains at all times in good standing with regulators and insurance and banking providers. 5. When deemed necessary by executive team, engage and work with engineers, attorneys or other professionals to prepare submission documents. 6. Take initiative to audit company locations and practices to ensure current facilities and SOPs are compliant and make recommendations to executive team based on findings. 7. Engage with cannabis and local community development groups and government outreach programs to promote interests of company and build relationships 8. Be responsible party for filing, safekeeping and dissemination of all corporate, compliance, insurance, banking and other sensitive documentation for the company. 9. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate all activities related to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of the general ledger for Vireo Health and its subsidiaries, external/internal audits, reconciliations, reporting and ensure SOX controls are monitored and documentation is updated as needed. 
2. Audit and coordinate daily activities of accounts payable to assure all transactions are being processed accurately and timely. 
3. Record and maintain a record of amounts due from subsidiaries and settle for such at each month-end. 
4. Direct and administer the sales/use/franchise tax functions to ensure that; we are properly registered and set up to withhold and remit all prescribed sales/use/franchise taxes that we are obligated to, and that we prepare/pay/file the appropriate sales/use/franchise tax returns with the appropriate state/local governmental units, by the prescribed due dates. 
5. Track monthly close checklist ensuring all processes are complete before closing the month. Lead and participate in process improvement and documentation projects. Ensure month end procedures are tested. 
6. Reconcile all cash sub-ledgers to each bank statement for Vireo Health monthly. 
7. Assist in preparation of year-end account analysis schedules, adjusting entries, closing entries, etc., as well as answering questions of, and obtaining supporting documentation for external auditors. 
8. Proactively participate in the company’s record retention practices to ensure that the appropriate documents are kept for the prescribed length of time. 
9. Conduct the information gathering process as requested in preparation of 1099’s at calendar year-end. 
10. Work with all departments/operations of Vireo Health to assist them in automating their information reporting systems as requested. 
11. Provide training and procedure documentation of which supports the completion of the life-cycle of a transaction. This includes revenue posting, cash application, payable entry and payment, month end, and bank reconciliation.

Our client, a rapidly growing and diversified industry leading holding company in the Cannabis industry, is seeking a Senior Operations Financial Analyst to analyze complex financial information and reports in order to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
 
This Operations Financial Analyst role will work with the operations department, and requires an individual with a strong financial background to assist and support the Finance department with the annual budgeting monthly rolling forecast process, and ensure financially sound operations business decisions.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, and synthesize results / critical business insights to leadership</li>
<li>Coordinate data flow and process workflow for all parties related to new businesses cases</li>
<li>Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data</li>
<li>Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts</li>
<li>Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions</li>

Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance</li>
<li>5 + years of experience in financial analysis, operations, budgeting, and forecasting</li>
<li>Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills are required</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills</li>
<li>Deep experience with financial principles with an understanding of PL, balance sheets, and principles of cost control and management</li>
<li>Very strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in order to meet aggressive deadlines</li>
<li>The ability to interpret, understand and manipulate complex data</li>
<li>Proven experience in building strong financial models using Excel is required</li>

Copywriter

The Extraction Process Manager will oversee and execute the operation of our Cannabis Extraction Facility utilizing state of the art technologies with the goal of producing the highest quality cannabinoid oils and crystalline cannabinoid products.
The Manager is expected to work independently to consistently produce the best possible products, ensure the careful execution of standard operating procedures, and deliver products to clients on a timely basis. The Manager will maintain a clean, compliant, professional, and safe atmosphere in the cannabis extraction facility. He or she is to ensure compliance with all pertinent federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The manager will communicate with company principles on a regular basis.
The Process Manager is responsible for the company’s overall Phoenix Extraction operations, including staffing, processing protocols, strategy, and day to day production while supervising a team of operators and technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
<ul>
<li>Ability to operate and control light hydrocarbon extraction equipment</li>
<li>Ability to operate and control short path wiped film distillation equipment</li>
<li>Work with Company Management to manage work flow and training of plant operators and laboratory technicians.</li>
<li>Directly supervise operators and technicians.</li>
<li>Evaluate performance, set goals, provide training, feedback, and discipline to team members.</li>
<li>Ensures product quality and consistency through ongoing testing.</li>
<li>Research new extraction and processing technologies</li>
<li>Research and develop new cannabis infused products and delivery methods</li>
<li>Works with local, state-approved laboratory to generate Certificates of Analysis and document all results for compliance with state regulations.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Masters’ Degree in Chemistry.</li>
<li>Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is a major plus.</li>
<li>Extensive hands on experience with extraction, purification, separation, and crystallization of various compounds, preferably including cannabinoids.</li>
<li>Experience with extract oil processing, winterization and separation a plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience developing, documenting, and managing strict SOP’s.</li>
<li>Experience managing a team of operators and laboratory technicians.</li>
<li>Highly motivated, detail oriented, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.</li>
<li>Chromatography experience a plus</li>
