Principal Duties
As Cannabis Inspectors, you will:

    Enforce the Utah Hemp and Cannabinoid Act and the Utah Cannabinoid Production Establishments Act laws and rules
        Conduct inspections throughout the year
        Gather samples of materials to be tested
        Complete investigations as outlined and submit in a timely manner
        Issue notice of violation for violations
        Closely follow Standard Operating Procedures 
    Ensure industrial hemp and medical cannabis companies are in compliance with state regulations
        Certify all industrial hemp growers and processors that require licenses according to regulations
        Sample plants for testing
        Promote good industry practices for all licensed establishments
        Provide training to industry to help them comply with the law

Summary/Objective
