Ieso, LLC is currently seeking dedicated laboratory technicians to join our state-of-the-art extraction laboratory.
The laboratory technician will be responsible for navigating day-to-day laboratory operations as directed. This includes: preparing raw materials, extraction (CO2, hydrocarbon, alcohol, solventless), post-processing of extracts, distillation/purification, product preparation, and other general laboratory duties. Technicians must be familiar with basic lab practice and the fundamentals used in daily operation. Technicians will be responsible for maintaining compliance with the regulations set by the Illinois Department of Agriculture; this includes documentation of all cannabis-related products and performing random weekly audits. Applicants must have the ability to perform tedious tasks and must maintain sanitary conditions associated with the production of medicinal products.
Duties and Responsibilities

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer the Human Resource Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the HR organization to include recruiting, interviewing of new staff, collaboration with executive management on strategic HR planning and serve as a link between MMAC’ s management and its employees. The manager will establish and document policies and procedures to guide the organization’s implementation of HR best practices that will lead to a high-performance culture and the retention of a superior workforce. Compensation plan development and benefit program administration will be the responsibility of the Human Resource Manager.
Key skill sets include knowledge and experience in HR policy development and documentation, employment law, compensation/benefits, employee relations, safety, labor relations, strong written and verbal communication skills and affiliation with related professional Human Resource organizations.
MMAC largely initiated its operating activities in 2017 and the sourcing of the above referenced position represents the first step toward the formation of a functional HR department to address the needs described above. The person who is selected to serve in this capacity shall be the thought leader to create first approaches with respect to the core responsibilities of the department as well as the initial administrator to undertake the daily duties of the function, including management of the time recording and payroll systems.

<li>Assist with receiving incoming mail, packages and raw supply shipments. Unload and stock and disseminate to the proper party, as needed.</li>

<li>Complete inventory procedure using company inventory tracking system and respond to any discrepancies by notifying the location’s management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy.</li>
<li>Conduct physical inventory counts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the management and sales teams to ensure accurate information and documentation is maintained at all times.</li>

<li>Pick, pack and prepare finished goods, labels and reports for delivery, per the customer specifications.</li>

<li>Regular and thorough cleaning of the facility restrooms, break room and common areas.</li>

<li>Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of all flooring throughout the facility.</li>

Regulatory Specialist

Summary
 Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel and intake of customers and/or patients by performing the following duties.
