Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer the Human Resource Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the HR organization to include recruiting, interviewing of new staff, collaboration with executive management on strategic HR planning and serve as a link between MMAC’ s management and its employees. The manager will establish and document policies and procedures to guide the organization’s implementation of HR best practices that will lead to a high-performance culture and the retention of a superior workforce. SUMMARY: 
We are looking for an intern to help our Chief Executive Officer.Summer internships may begin as early as June and run through the 1stweek in August, with expected hours of 40 hours per week. Must be available Monday through Friday. We are seeking current undergraduates (Junior/Senior) students who are organized, responsible, and trustworthy. While this internship will include administrative work, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to the inner workings of a retail management company. This is a great introduction to the business world for those students who are interested in a retail business work environment.
