The Ivy Farm is a wholesale plant nursery growing high quality perennials, ferns, ground covers, ornamental grasses, flowering vines, succulents and shrubs. We are seeking a full time, experienced grower on our farm in Locusvtville, VA. Job will involve all aspects of growing and scheduling plants. Horticulture education and/or 2+ years of related experience is required. Conversational bilingual Spanish is preferred. Ideal candidate will be strongly organized, self-motivated, quality driven, a team player, possess a high work ethic, good communication and people management skills. Valid driver’s license required. Computer skills in Microsoft Office a must. Candidate must have or obtain a VA Pesticide Applicator License. Assistance with moving is also considered. Salary range $45-$60k DOE with full company benefits.
