Wholesale Administrator
Job Description
This position is critical in providing patients and wholesale clients with the highest quality meds in an efficient and compliant manner. This position will report directly to the Wholesale Manager.
- This position will coordinate regularly with the Wholesale Manager.
- Proficient in METRC is highly recommended.
- Cannabis knowledge is highly recommended.
- Help establish Product needs from the Dispensary Purchasing Managers and verify sales trends.
- Procure Product based on dispensary needs.
- Distribute finished products to State Licensed Dispensaries.
- Help establish and maintain relationships for wholesale and trade of both flower and concentrates with State Licensed Medical Marijuana Cultivations and Production Facilities and Dispensaries.
- Maintain compliant product intake & delivery documentation.
- Maintain compliant vendor records.
- Regularly seek and document customer feedback to be shared with Wholesale Manager.
- Analyze sales trends for future purchasing needs or wholesale opportunities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Package orders as they come in and input them into the system.
- Create Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Ensure all Vendor Compliance Docs are updated and uploaded into the system.
- Represent our brands on weekends vendor pop-ups.
- Deliver / pick-up orders.
- Prepare all associated paper-work that goes with deliveries.
- Must be able to count.
- Review market analytics to determine customer needs, pricing plans, and other key factors.
- Introducing new product lines to the market, including developing and maintaining leads.
- Accurately enter patient information into our database system.
- Provide exceptional customer service - always going the extra mile.
- Weigh out flower with precision and accuracy.
- Navigate Windows, and multiple applications quickly, using short-cut keys and expert typing skills.
- Work cohesively as part of a family/team environment.
- Work on special projects and assignments designated by management.
Hiring Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age or older.
- Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required.
- Applicant must consent to a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid Nevada Drivers License.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be able to either sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends.
- Understands sales in a B2B environment.
- Must have excellent social skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have experience with METRC
