Wellness Brand Ambassador

THE MISSION OF A WELLNESS AMBASSADOR

A Wellness Ambassador is our brand guide into the world of plant based medicine. Your main role is to develop a deep connection with an array of clientele at retail locations, private events and in the community. The ambassador is a trustworthy connector with a depth of knowledge in both health and wellness, as well as, CBD and formulations. An ideal ambassador is intuitive, charismatic, empathetic, and passionate about the benefits of plant based medicine and our products. Sagely was inspired by the “Sage” archetype who is passionate about education, rooted in transparency, and compassionate about making people feel better. We rely on our ambassadors to bring Sagely to life in this way.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WELLNESS AMBASSADOR:

• Provides guests with world-class ‘education’ and guest experience in the areas of product, culture, and community by speaking authentically about product use through their own experiences
• Education: communicates company philosophy, cannabis/hemp 101, technology, formulations, usage, community and brand initiatives
• Prepares, coordinates and attends demos at retail locations
• Under the direction of the Sales Manager performs/completes other additional project, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request including, but not limited to, event recaps and reporting

WELLNESS AMBASSADOR MUST HAVE’S (the Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications):

• Passion, knowledge, and involvement in fitness, health, nutrition or wellness activities
• Reliable transportation to/from event sites
• Clean and professional presentation
• Excellent team player and ability to work independently
• Responsible and dependable
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Extraordinary customer interaction, organizational and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback
• Bachelor’s Degree or Secondary certification in nutrition, fitness, or health - preferred
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• General computer knowledge
• Relevant cannabis knowledge or experience helpful and considered but not a must-have

A WELLNESS CONCIERGE’S WORKING DAY (the Hours):

All Ambassadors are part-time sub-contracted roles. We expect all Ambassadors to participate in a minimum of 4+ events/demos per month subject to availability. Average working shift is 2-4hrs, and time is spent setting-up, educating, and breaking down display tools at site.

Please Note: All Ambassador candidate's must complete a training session and workshop that candidates will need to graduate from before being considered for field work.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

Competitive hourly pay, travel reimbursement, welcome kit
