We have an immediate need for a warehouse admin and production worker based at our Santa Rosa operations who will support facility administrative tasks along with picking and packing orders. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform receiving operations of retail ready goods including ERP system transactions
• Review incoming orders and timing, print pick and pack sheets
• Pick and pack orders, stage for pick-up, load/un-load delivery/receiving vans
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and small projects in support of operations
• Enter bi-weekly physical inventory count results in to ERP system
• Provide support to Sales Reps with inquiries on inventory, receiving, order staging status

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Strong organizational skills

• Computer skills a must

• Math (algebra) skills a must

• Customer service oriented

• Good listening and verbal communication skills

• Problem solving ability

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Education and Experience

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience tracking inventory, picking and packing orders
