COMPANY:

Fenix Advisors, LLC (FENIX)is a management company in the cannabis market that invests in high quality adult use and lifestyle products. FENIXis a vertically integrated model - our companies play a range of roles in the Cannabis space from real estate management, through marketing and brand consulting, to growing and processing cannabis, then formulate high quality adult use products sold in California dispensaries.

SVN10 Creationsis the flagship brand of theFenixplatform. We produce high quality cannabis flowers, extracts and oils. Our products are currently being sold in MMJ dispensaries throughout California. The SVN10 Creationsline of products include high quality mini pre-rolls, distillate vape pens, dab-able distillates, and ultra-clean shatters and waxes.

We have a dynamic and driven leadership team with deep operational and technical market expertise in cannabis production and extraction methodologies, as well as advocacy. We take a strong “team” approach to our organization. We are truly driven to take a high-quality sophisticated approach to the up and coming California recreational market. We share a belief in the power of the plant across multiple extraction modalities and delivery systems. We want help developing a clear plan for scaling our multi-brand model and positioning the company as a leader in the emerging California cannabis market.

POSITION:

Our growing company is in search of a self-directed and experiencedVice President of Salesto assist in directing the organization's sales functions and growth.TheVice President, Salesposition is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives; as well as developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organizationThis is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy, family-friendly workplace, and who is also well-versed in working closely with senior management.

The ideal candidate will also have the vision, leadership, and capacity to contribute at the Senior Management level.

This position is based in Sacramento and reports to theChief Executive Officer. Compensation includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience; as well as, bonuses based on company sales and overall profitability, employer contributed health benefits package, cell phone allowance, and an equity incentive opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

TheVice President, Saleswill oversee all day to day sales activities. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Operational:

  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
  • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets

organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with head of marketing.

  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor

analysis.

  • Implements approved distribution strategies.
  • Manages multiple channel selling strategies.
  • Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service

initiatives.

  • Maintain ongoing healthy relationship with all retail decision makers and stakeholders up to and

including acquiring new accounts when necessary.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Reporting:

  • Responsible for tracking and reporting monthly sales activities to the Executive team.
  • Maintain the proper useage of our CRM (Method)

Compliance:

  • On occasion, coordinate the provision of information to external auditors (i.e. workman's comp

and general liability)

  • Ensure sales team operates in compliance with regulatory and in-house standards and best

practices Management:

  • Report directly to CEO
  • Provide leadership, support, coaching, counseling, holding accountable, and disciplining

department employees, as well as planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

  • As company continues to grow, oversee and implement strategic planning to penetrate new

markets.

  • Maintain applicable procedure manuals
  • Participate in the development of and support the company's strategic plans

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Proven track record of sales growth overseeing a team of at least 12
  • Experienced cannabis sales leader preferred; well aligned industry a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; as well as G-Suites.
  • Experience with Method CRM a big plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal correspondence
  • Strategic thinker able to well document plans and results
  • Project management and execution
  • Commitment to detailed processes and results driven
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Accounting experience in the cannabis industry is a HUGE plus but not required
  • Job-Costing experience preferred but not required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and work continuously for hours on a computer
  • Ability to travel multiple days a week and spend long periods of time driving.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing/pulling to set up displays and booths or

move product around

  • Lifting and carrying of signs, displays, or product that typically weigh less 50 pounds or less

  • Salary $60K - $80K and substantial bonus structure depending on experience.
