SVN10 Creationsis the flagship brand of theFenixplatform. We produce high quality cannabis flowers, extracts and oils. Our products are currently being sold in MMJ dispensaries throughout California. The SVN10 Creationsline of products include high quality mini pre-rolls, distillate vape pens, dab-able distillates, and ultra clean shatters and waxes.
We have a dynamic and driven leadership team with deep operational and technical market expertise in cannabis production and extraction methodologies, as well as advocacy. We take a strong “team” approach to our organization. We are truly driven to take a high-quality sophisticated approach to the up-and-coming California recreational market. We share a belief in the power of the plant across multiple extraction modalities and delivery systems. We want help developing a clear plan for scaling our multi-brand model and positioning the company as a leader in the emerging California cannabis market.
POSITION
FENIXis seeking an experienced and drivenVice President of Marketingwith the vision and enthusiasm to proactively lead the creation, execution, management and ongoing evaluation of an integrated branding, marketing and communications strategy for our expanding portfolio of products.
This position will engage actively with dispensaries, end-users and health advocates to cultivate a deep understanding of our target markets and constituencies, effectively launch and position products in the marketplace and design and implement creative campaigns and programs to build positive brand awareness. TheVice President of Marketingwill also collaborate closely with the executive team on brand architecture and identity, partnerships, and sales and distribution channels that drive growth.
The successful candidate will be drawn to the fluidity and pace of a start-up venture, will be comfortable with navigating complexity, and have a driving passion for the cannabis industry and its advocacy. The ideal candidate will also have the vision, leadership, and capacity to contribute at the C-Level and later compete for the position ofChief Marketing Officer.
This position is based in Sacramento and reports to theChief Executive Officer. Compensation includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience; as well as, bonuses based on company sales and overall profitability, employer contributed health benefits package, cell phone allowance, and an equity incentive opportunity.
