Job Description

As a Video & Visual Content Intern at Caliva, you will gain firsthand experience working at one of the largest cannabis companies in California. You will be working directly with the Digital Marketing team to develop short-form and long-form video content for a variety of different media outlets. Shooting everything from standard product shots to thought-leadership stories, we are looking for a talented, well-rounded self-starter to join us for the summer.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging video content for use on social media, the Caliva blog, and in our digital store
  • Plan, produce, capture, and edit shot-form and long-form video content
  • Maintain a video production and publishing calendar
  • Manage the video library
Qualifications/Requirements

  • Passionate about and experienced with video production and editing
  • Knowledgeable about video, audio & lighting techniques
  • Must have solid grasp of using Adobe Premiere, Camtasia or FinalCut Pro
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to develop multimedia materials within appropriate deadlines
  • Minimum 10 hours/week commitment
  • Bonus: Own video camera and lighting equipment
