Job Summary
We are looking for a customer service roll to help with calls, emails, and online chats for our vaporizer online store. Our vaporizer are for cannabis oils and is one of the largest brands currently online.
The position would be Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM at one of our locations in Denver.

Minimum Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service and/or call center atmosphere resolving inbound and outbound customer service or sales opportunities
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Excellent customer relations skills Basic sales and competitive selling techniques
2-5 years experience in a similar or sales/service-related position
High School Diploma / GED
Skills Required:
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one situation.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to use sound judgment to solve problems that involve a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to use analysis to arrive at logical conclusions and decisions.
