We are looking for an entry level laborer to work full-time at our indoor year-round cannabis farm. We are expanding and need additional people with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a rapidly developing industry. This position will be for 4-6 days per week and may involve weekend shifts. $13 per hour base pay.
Duties:
Trimming, bucking, sorting, cutting and hanging plants for drying, joint rolling, weighing, disposing of waste material, cleaning of tools and area. May be assigned other job duties in cultivation as necessary.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

-Trimming experience.
-Must be able to trim substantial amounts a day.
-Trustworthy.
-Good eye for PM, Botrytis and high attention to detail.
-Must be ON TIME and show up to work every day.
-Lift up to 30 lbs.
-Ability to accurately weigh and measure.
-Perform repetitive tasks.
-Consistency with quality of product and output.
-Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team.
-Must be organized and maintain a clean work space.
-Ability to follow standard operation procedures.
-Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
-Reliable Transportation is required, live in Lane County area.
-METRC Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
-Candidates MUST be at least 21 years old.
-Candidates MUST HAVE an OLCC marijuana workers permit. (new permits take about 2 weeks to acquire.) This is an absolute requirement.
