Trimmer / Packager

We are a quickly growing cannabis production facility looking to bring on 5 - 7 new hires in our Packaging and Trimming departments. In this role, you will be responsible for counting out product, filling packages, then sealing and labeling for retail sale. You will also be trimming dry plants and assisting with the harvest and defoliation of plants. This position is a full time position with the possibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with others, as well as independently
• Must be able to follow basic instructions
• Must be able to maintain quality standards and production goals
• Must show up on time for work every day and maintain a standard of personal hygiene for processing cannabis flower
• Able to focus on task for a long period of time
• Accuracy and consistency in packaging and trimming
• Able to stand or sit for long periods of time

The position pays $13.00/hour, you will work a 40 hour work week and after 90 days, you will be eligible for benefits. We are looking for people who put care into their work. If you have a Cultivation Agent Card, you will be given preference.
