<ul><li>Cultivation Trimmer – Looking for the right person who has a drive for results attitude. Prior experience not required, but willingness to learn is. Must work well with others and stay on task when working as an individual. Flexibility with work schedule required.</li></ul>
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Trim leaves from flowers</li>
<li>Trim excess stems from flowers</li>
<li>Keep flowers as large as possible while inspecting for any debris</li>
<li>Clean up their work space before leaving for the day</li>
<li>Meet or exceed weekly finished product minimum</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Clearance of background check</li>
<li>Meet requirements to obtain a Department of Health Services Dispensary Agent Card</li>
</ul>
