Trimmer

• Required to work from 9:00 until 5:00pm Monday-Friday, including two 15 minute breaks and a hour lunch.
• Ensure weighing area, dry room, locker room, and trimming area are cleaned, organized, and up to company standards at all times.
• Must wear correct clothing attire ie: Closed toe shoes, sleeved Shirt at all times.
• Responsible for paying close attention to organization of all flower, genetics, phenos, harvest number, and cannabis bi-products.
• Must De-Fan each individual plant collect, and report to manager for weighing and recording of material.
• Responsible for disposal of any and all waste from plants from day of harvest ie; throw away any waste from rooms and collect all bamboo to be cleaned and organized. Sweep any and all waste in room and in hallway from harvested material.
• Responsible for keeping all product/materials organized during the de-stemming and trimming process.
• Expected to correctly and efficiently trim a minimum of 1lb per day of finished material. (attentiveness is required at all times; Eye contact is not necessary during conversation.)
• Zero tolerance for phone usage ( Must utilize 15 min breaks/lunch for phone use).
• Must clean, organize, sanitize all equipment, materials, area, and bins/buckets at the end of each day.
• Comply with sanitation and employee workplace policies for entire warehouse. (trash, restrooms etc)
• Comply with the state policy and regulations
