Job Description – Trimmer
Summary/Objective
Central Ave Compassionate Care seeks a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient person to join the team as a trimmer. This is a part-time, hourly position.
Essential Functions
- Work individually and in group settings to trim cannabis flowers
- Accountability for tracking trimmed batches by separating into finished bud, sugar leaf, and waste
- Maintain accuracy and consistency over long periods of time
- Ensure production goals established by the Production Manager and trim lead are being met
- Maintain an organized and sterile work environment
- Understand and strictly adhere to policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a full background check
- Ability to strictly adhere to protocols
- Ability to safely and quickly use sharp scissors for extended periods
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be organized and focused
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to stay task oriented for long periods of time
- Passion for producing high quality products
- Excitement to work in a fast paced environment
Schedule
2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, 4 days per week
