TRIM TEAM/PROCESSING LEAD-This Trim/Processing lead is responsible for leading a team of second shift cannabis trimmers in meeting quality standards and production goals. The person in this role will ensure team adherence to strict and detailed company policies and state regulations.
Essential Functions:
- -The ideal candidate will be able to work with, help, guide, challenge and motivate other trim team members in order to create an efficient cohesive unit.
- - The ability to research, evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals is desirable.
- -The successful candidate will exhibit extraordinary organizational, tracking and communication skills.
- -This position requires the ability to work independently when needed, but also to work efficiently as the leader of a team of trimmers.
- -The successful candidate will manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
- -The employee must be able to follow basic instructions and immediately integrate feedback and directions into their work.
- -Trim leader hold ultimate accountability for ensuring all team members maintain strict compliance with all regulations and procedures.
- -Trim leader is responsible for oversight of clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.
Additional Functions:
- -Assisting with packaging and other processing/cultivation duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
- -Must communicate clearly with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique.
- -Use of logical judgment in adhering to established protocols in regard to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind.
- -Creating a positive team environment that produces high quality manicured finished material, while meeting and/or exceeding pre-determined goals.
- -The 32 hours of this position are M.T.TH.F 2:30-11pm.Subject to change.
Requirements
-Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
-Must submit to and pass all required background checks.
-Must be able to sit, stand, squat, bend, and reach for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
-Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds repeatedly with extreme care.
