Healthy Pharms is a Medical Marijuana organization with dispensaries located in Cambridge and Georgetown MA. Our cultivation and production facility is located in Georgetown.
Trim / Pack associates are responsible for harvesting, drying, trimming and curing cannabis in preparation for patients. This role is also largely responsible for keeping the work areas clean, free of clutter or possible contaminants. This is an entry level position with room for growth. No prior experience necessary. However, applicants must demonstrate accountability, organization, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Must be resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team.
Must be 21 years of age, or older and pass a background check. Must be able to perform physical requirements necessary to the position, including standing for long periods of time, walking the facility, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Position starts on a part-time basis but could expand to full time which would offer benefits and insurance and a positive, friendly work environment.
