Shear Solutions is looking for reliable Crew Members! We offer flexibility and competitive industry pay rates. You would be fully employed by Shear Solutions, this is not a contract position.
We provide back-of-house services (harvesting, trimming, packaging, etc.) to a variety of licensed cannabis production facilities throughout the Denver/Metro area - you will be exposed to cultivation, concentrate and edible companies! Gain a "behind-the-scenes" view of the marijuana industry while growing your knowledge and skills to further your career in cannabis.

Requirements for the position: Current/valid MED Support badge, a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license, fluency in English, two professional references and a positive and professional attitude.
We love previous experience! It does warrant a higher starting pay, but if you do not have previous experience we are happy to train you.
