Job Description: Current seasonal part-time trimmers are getting 35-40 hours a week. We are open 7 days a week, so you must be able to work some weekend shifts. We choose our full-time staff from our seasonal employees and promote from within so this is a great opportunity for you to get your foot in the door in this rapidly growing field. Everyone starts at $12 an hour with an opportunity to earn a raise at the end of a 90-day probationary period.
Minimum requirements:
- Trimming experience (accuracy and consistency)
- Ability to accurately weigh and measure
- Punctuality (must be on time, every time)
- Must be able to sustain energy in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Work well with others
- Knowledge of cannabis products (CBD, THC, Terpenes, etc…). Most important is a
willingness to learn, good attitude, hard work ethics, and honesty
- Must be at least 21 Years old
- Must pass a background and criminal record check
- Must have reliable transportation and be on-time to work
- Must have a clean Washington State driving record, driver's license, and current
insurance.
