About the Role
GreenGrowth CPA’s is seeking a technical content writer - a creative and strategic individual who loves data, client interactions and growth in a competitive and emerging industry. This individual will serve as the primary head of content and growth to our website, build our blog and manage our Clients who require technical writing. This industry is rapidly growing so it will require you to hit the ground sprinting and the ability to work under tight time constraints.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing campaigns: writing content, posting the content, analyzing the results and gain a better understand of our customer base.
- Assist with various Client management: writing business plans, helping apply to local city cannabis programs, aid with ad-hoc technical writing projects that arise
- Run content campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
- Drive organic growth by optimizing our SEO efforts by working closely with our tax and other financial teams to create and execute on new content
What You'll Need
- 2-6+ years of work experience in a technical writing field, marketing, consulting, growth or related fields
- A love of data - can both analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations for senior executives
- Experience using email marketing platforms, (e.g, Mailchimp ,Hubspot ) or comparable tools a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally (e.g. tax teams, client interactions, etc.)
- Expert at project management, able to independently manage multiple projects at various stages at one time
