We are looking for a qualified Team Leader to manage our Production Team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Salary will be commensurate with experience; rate of pay is $ 15.00/hour. Differential shift pay is offered with this Second Shift role. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week, from 4:00pm - 1:00am. The Team Lead may be asked to be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
